Policy For The Supply Of Blades

It is illegal to supply a knife to anyone under the age of 18. Heinnie Haynes actively checks the details of all orders for knives, and other edged items. Should we be unable to confirm your eligibility, you will be asked to provide proof of age in the form of a photocopy of you drivers licence or passport.

For shorter outdoor excursions or for those who like to travel light, we have the Serra XC. Four external pockets and a small storage pocket on the contoured mesh waist belt contribute to its 940 cubic inches of total cargo capacity and the perforated foam pack panel and contoured breathable straps contribute to its lightweight design and increased air flow. Also included: bungee straps for external storage, hidden rain flap, communication holder, and reflective accents for increased visibility.

`Almost every pack maker has a hydration system, but only a couple have approached the idea in an innovative way. Instead of using a thin, soft plastic liner that can puncture and is difficult to clean, Gerber went another direction. It fitted a hard, plastic reservoir in its packs that resists thorns and can be easily removed and placed in a dishwasher.` American Hunter magazine's Honor Roll 2006

Poor Man's Camelbak

Unlike the previous reviewer, I find Gerber’s hydration systems significantly inferior to those by Camelbak. It is no secret that the folks at Gerber do things on the cheap, since Gerber’s factory in China is situated in a region famous for producing knock-offs. On the whole, Gerber hydration packs cost only half as much as the Camelbak equivalent, and it gets the job done, sort of.If it's not built to military specification, it is not worth my hard earned cash. Better safe than sorry.

Excellent pack. Hydration system is much better than the Camelbak. Neoprene sleeve on the tube is a nice touch.
