The Benchmade Knife - Model 705 kicks off the Axis™ revolution in style, with its distinctively smooth function and flowing curves bringing reality to rock-solid performance. The ATS-34 steel blade features a reverse-curve grind for added cutting efficiency. The ergonomic handle design is founded on heat-treated, T-410 stainless steel double liners and then topped off with machined, aerospace G-10 laminate scales for fit and comfort no matter what the task. Additionally, the finger treads machined into the liners near the forward handle provide for better blade control and grip stability. The Benchmade Knife - Model 705 comes standard with properly sized, double thumb-studs which when teamed with the Axis lock's function, make the knife design a totally ambidextrous tool.
