Brusletto knives are the result of centuries of knife making experience made by people who use them in the field, in Southern Norway, on a regular basis. All the blades are extremely sharp due to the hard, carbon stainless steel. The Falken is no exception. It uses Sandvik 12c27 stainless steel and as with all Brusletto knives has a beautifully turned Curly Birch handle with Aluminium ferrules. It comes with a brown cowhide sheath with safety insert.
