Koji Hara was born in 1949 in Imari City, Japan and is one of the most travelled of Japanese knifemakers, attending shows throughout his home country as well as over the United States and Europe. The Mizuki is another beautifully crafted piece. Similar in design to the Sakura model, the difference lies in the spine of the handle where mother of pearl and black lip pearl are combined to startling effect. It comes with a Rayskin pouch.
