The EKA Combi knife was developed by Thomas Ekberg, a well-known Swedish hunter and game expert. It is a combined knife and gut opener with single hand switching from one to the other. The combination blade is mechanically blocked in the operating direction and in the other by hand.
Switching between knife and gut opener is simply done by placing the backside of one part against a leg or another object and lightly pressing the other part forward.
The handle is made from polypropylene plastic to provide a slip free grip. The knife can easily be disassembled for thorough cleaning on demand.
