The Red Quince version of the Fallkniven TK3 folder has qualities in abundance. The blade is made from laminated 3G steel, which has a core of Super Gold Powder Steel (SGPS) sandwiched between tough VG2, allowing the core steel to retain a protected and unbelievably sharp edge. All Fallkniven knives are made by hand by experienced makers, qualities which can only be evolved over time and thus unique to fallkniven themselves.
