Filipino Korambit

The Korambit was born in the Indonesian archipelago around the 13th century with roots in the Philippines and Malaysia. It was often employed as a utility knife for various daily chores. The unique shape of the of the blade has a history all to itself, but symbolizes a fierce tiger claw. This version is based on authentic models and is constructed with a L6 high carbon-steel blade. The hole in the handle allows one to insert a finger for dynamic gripping, which makes the korambit impossible to disarm. Made in the Philippines L6 High Carbon Steel Authentic Design
