As a Window's Vista user you should be fully aware of the windows sidebar. This side bar has many built-in gadget's, including an RSS feed reader (Really Simple Syndication). With this RSS reader you will be able to keep track of new items without even visiting the website.
Setting up the Heinnie Haynes poduct feed could not be simpler...
Please note this process will be different for other browser types. This example was setup using Internet Explorer 7.
Simply visit this link: Heinnie Product Feed. A page that will look like the page shown in the image below will then load in a new window.

When the page has loaded click the link shown in the yellow box at the top of the page.
After you have clicked the "Subscribe to this feed" link you will be prompted by a message box.
Finally click the subscribe button to finish the process.
Now we need to set up the side bar.
If you already have the RSS feed gadget you will not need to do the next stage in the process.
If you do not have the RSS feed gadget in your sidebar then proceed to your desktop (or use the quick key "Windows Logo Key + m"). Once at your desktop the side bar should be on the right hand side of the monitor (by default). Then right click the side bar to bring up a list of options as shown in the image below.
From the list click "Add Gadgets" and a dialog should appear (as shown below).
Select the RSS reader from the choices, you should now have the RSS reader gadget in your sidebar.
When you hover the mouse over the RSS Feed gadget 3 icons should appear next to it.
From the 3 icons click the spanner icon to bring up the RSS Feed options
From the "Show This Feed" dropdown menu select the Heinnie Haynes feed and click ok. And that’s it your setup to receive the Heinnie Haynes Product Feed.
