Maxpedition Wide-Mouth Nalgene Bottle

This product is excellent in it's own right. The only thing that lets it down (and this may well be my own fault for not reading the literature properly) is that I bought it specifically to go with my Maxpedition Fatboy Versipack GTG and this bottle does not fit in the bottle pouch - it is too big. Disappointing and a strange one as it is only just too big.

What I like is, the shape isn't your average tall 1ltr typical shape with small awkward cap, for 1 the cap is big, good if you like big gulps & 2 you can plonk a few ice cubes in there,once tightened it won't leak, & many maxpedition bags have a dedicated pocket for this that fits perfectly, mines shoved in my monsoon gearslinger, ready for a hot outing, want a drink quick, grap the cap loop it's designed for exactly that, & drink away.
