Camelbak In-Line Microfilter

Camelbak, the market leader in hands-free hydration and Mountain Safety Research, the market leader in water purification, have teamed up to develop the improved modular HydroLink In-Line MicroFilter. 20% smaller and 50% lighter, this new and improved InLine MicroFilter has a usable life of 300L, twice that of the previous InLine MicroFilter. Designed for use with all Camelbak hydration reservoirs and packs, it allows you to collect water from any source and filter it as you drink normally. Or use with Camelbak's new Hand Pump to filter your water as you pump it into your reservoir.

The Camelbak-MSR MicroFilter utilizes two stages to deliver clean, clear water free from 99.9999% of bacteria and 99.9% of protozoa (microorganisms). The first stage uses a 0.2 micron absolute pore size hollow fiber membrane to effectively remove protozoa such as Giardia and Cryptosporidium, and bacteria such as E. Coli. The second stage uses granular activated carbon to reduce some metals such as lead and mercury, taste and odor from water.
