I got one of the 6506 Titanium models with the rubber strap just over a year ago.
Very tough, regardless of the conditions. Illumination is excellent, very consistent.
Not bad looking either and just different enough to warrant a second look.
Timing-wise, it keeps up extremely well. I keep it up to speed against a G-Shock (with atomic time receiver) and it's probably lost around 5-10 seconds in a year.
