The Fallkniven Tre Kronor (Three Crowns) Swedish knife series offers a highly advanced technological solution combined with timeless Swedish design. The result of a long development process, Fallkniven are the first company in the world to be able to offer a laminated knife blade in 3G steel, edged with sintered steel, or powder steel. To this edge steel, they have added a resilient, anticorrosive steel which stabilises the hard centre. This gives a rigid, strong blade that retains its edge extremely well.

If there is a quality that hunters appreciate above all else it is probably edge retention! The blade of the Fallkniven TK6 is made of stainless laminate powder steel which combines both strength and edge retention. You will rarely have handled a knife which holds an edge better than this model. When the sharpess finally is gone, you restore the edge by using a fine, flat diamond whetstone such as a Fallkniven DC3 or DC4.

The TK6 is available with a Kydex or leather sheath.

    Outstanding work knife

Posted by Julian Forbes-Laird on 4th Oct 2021

The TK6 has the perfect combination of compact size and robustness that I need for work, including in areas with public access (where a sword would hardly do!). Notable for its 5mm thick, full tang, laminated steel blade and ergonomic all-weather grip handle. Would recommend opting for the very secure & practical Zytel sheath. Faultless service, including very helpful advice, from HH as always.

The best quality steel and build of any survival neck knife bar none

Posted by Stu on 19th Sep 2017

Hi guys & gals, First of all I'd like to give a big shout out for the team @ Heinnie Haynes for there eagerness to help & offering advice and going the extra mile which just puts that special touch you don't get any where else. The Falkniven TK6 is one of those knives that is possible to become one of those handed down family heirlooms such as its build quality is and its toughness and robustness is, which is second to none of cause. The ground breaking lamanated powder metal blade just oozes sophistication and its finish is just gorgeous with its polished satin effect and the blade sports a convexed edge which is the most efficient cutting edge of all the edge types. There are little touches as well that just set apart this little gem of fine engineering and tolerances which are the falkniven logo on the side of the blade which looks really cool and also the Falkniven coat of arms set in gold bronze on the side of the handles. It is a neck knife so my only issue is that I can only get 3 1/2 fingers on the handle but can fit 4 at a push so I wouldn't of given the exposed tang and instead would of given the extra half inch which would of made my gorilla hands fit comfortably but it still can be used with full force as you would with a full four fingered knife but please bare in mind this is NOT a full F1 style knife and is ment to be easy to store in a small space whylst offering the full performance you would come to expect like a knife such as the F1 but just in a easier smaller package that won't let you down when it counts and where it counts and I fully and wholly respect what this little neck knife can do when relied up on ! I'm really proud to own this little neck knife and I think you will be to and it's got it where it counts, this is why I give this 5 Stars ! And I'm sure you will to !!!

    My best knife to date

Posted by Asger S¦mundsson on 21st Oct 2016

I bought a fallkniven TK from heinnies and it has proven to be the best knife I have ever owned. The edge retention is the best I have seen to this date. It a big, small knife. Even tho it's so small it can cut through anything.

A fabulous knife. I'd buy another IF ONLY it came with a Kydex sheath for neck and one with teklok for belt carry. Been asking for TWO years now.... any hope?

    superb edge retention

Posted by Mattias Bergstrom on 4th Nov 2011

First of all, a big thank you to the team at Heinnie for yet again an excellent service. received the knife the day after purchase. The TK6 arrived in a black wooden box with a flocked plastic inlay, imo nice considering it is a production knife. The knife is amazing, slightly smaller than expected but not in a bad way, it just about fit my hand with a four finger grip, it is beautiful with the combination of black handle and silver details. the best part of the TK6 is that it cuts like a chainsaw :p it truly hold an edge far longer than any other steel I've ever used in a knife, so in my opinion it is truly worth the rather high price tag, especially considering its small size. F‘llkniven made a wise decision in using SGPS / 3G steel in this knife. Matt

The knife performs exactly as it should in the field. Purchased it for hunting/paunchin rabbits. Love the feel and quality, from blade to handle. Prefer a leather sheath. Feels more quality. The only drawback is the naff plastic box it comes in.
