I can't fault this Knife and i reckon it's on par with some i paid 4 times as much for,Immaculate finish and sharpness with a clean smooth but stiff action,Fantastic little Knife.

A very useful knife

The Cotton Sampler has proven to be a very good tool for various crafts and projects, easily and accurately cutting card, leather and rope. It is comfortable in the hand over prolonged periods and has a bit of heft to it. The fit and finish is good. The lanyard tube is ideal for a knotted leather bootlace. The brown smooth bone handle scales are nicely done. I recommend this pattern as an interesting and practical alternative to the more mainstream patterns.

I just dont no how they make some rwal awesome blades for the money. The blade shape is useful and mine was razor sharp otb but i did give it a strop. Grwat bobe scales on it fit and finnish awesome rough riders make some rwal great knives and this is one of the best.

Great little uk friendly pocket knife, and at this cost it offers good value. With its unusual blade shape it's also got a little history behind it also. As the name suggests this style knife was used by cotton traders to take samples of cotton from the bails to check for its purity. However I've found this blade to be really useful for day to day tasks. There is enough belly to use it for skinning and it also has a small portion of un sharpened blade which allows you to choke up on the blade for precise cutting tasks. The fit and finish is very good, it has a crisp full open and close snap with a good mid hold. Fitted with brass liners and polished rivets. An interesting blade shape which has proved to be universally fitting for a variety of daily tasks....

Heinnie have done it again, ordered Friday lunch time delivered Saturday morning OUTSTANDING!! as for the knife the fit and finish are very good a few scuff marks here and there, the edge is reasonable but needs a bit of work, the walk and talk is fantastic with a positive half stop. I have given five stars because of the quality of the knife compared to the price. Amazing!!
