Legend of a knife, the perfect survival knife. So many good things have been written about this knife, and its all true. lots of scope to customise this knife or just leave it as it is. you don't choose this knife, it chooses you. let the good folks at HH take you on this exciting knife adventure.

Where do i start with this knife. I think the most fitting description is a jack of all trades and very good at all. Im pretty sure this knife is indestructible. Battoning, choping, carving, feathersticking you name it it can do it with out breaking a sweat.

    BK&T UTILITY 7

Posted by Ray Hatley on 21st Sep 2021

This knife is a beast! It’s big, heavy and built like a bulldozer.but make no mistake, it’s a serious survival tool. The BK7 sits well in the hand, it has a comfortable and secure feeling grip that compliments the knife’s overall balance. The blade is thick enough to inspire confidence and sharp enough to feather sticks with ease. When it comes to work it would be hard to fault the BK7. It’s immensely tough and extremely capable. No, it isn’t the most elegant blade in the world, but it offers outstanding value for money and usability. I’ve given it five stars based on its performance and build quality, not it’s looks. This is a proper tool not a beauty Queen!

    Ultimate Utility?

Posted by Martin on 18th Sep 2014

Is this an ultimate utility knife? Pretty much I.M.O. It's very well built, surprisingly light & agile for its size, great balance, with the right grip you can do close up work. The sheath is of good quality, yes it does rattle a bit, but unless your in 'stealth mode' that shouldn't matter as long as your knife is secure, which it will be. The only negative point are the handle scales, which are a little slick & if you use this knife for heavy chopping I would advise use of a lanyard. This is known as a 'modders knife' & people make there own scales, add grip tape or 'ranger' bands to the grip, and lets not forget that Linen Micarta scales are available, but only in the U.S. at this time. Hint, hint, is anyone at Heinnie is reading this, my I suggest getting some of the Micarta scales in stock, you can also use them on the BK2 & BK9, just a thought.....

Amazing service by HH as always. The BK7 is a great mid sized knife great at log splitting chopping and detail work. Another great blade from Becker. One of the best 7inch blades out there.

First impressions of this blade is I love it! It's well balanced, comfortable to hold, comes razor sharp and just feels like it can handle anything. I can't wait to use this bad boy out in the field!

This would get a five star, if they supplied a decent sheath, it's a solid workhorse of a knife which is just what I wanted, no frills. Holds an edge nicely and can chop, batton and do carving work. I picked up the adjustable sheath from Heinnie which does a much better job at giving carry options. Service from Heinnie was spot on fast delivery and replies to e-mails. Thanks very much.
