What you need to know about shopping with Heinnie this Christmas
You can still order even if the product isn’t currently in stock
There are a number of products in our range that appear to always show a big red cross next to where is says “in stock”, and there are other products this Christmas period where you may see this dreaded ‘X’.
Fret not though; as often it’s simply a case of we sell a lot me than we can possibly get supplied in that given week.
*This next point is really important*
If you click the order button you can pre-order the product for immediate delivery as soon as it arrives here at Heinnie HQ. Why would you do that? It essentially means staying at the front of the queue, because some products never come into stock as they are being sold to pre-orders as a priority. So, instead of waiting for the ‘green tick’, order when there is a ‘red cross’ so you get priority shipping!
Now, a word about payment. We at heinnie.com don’t like taking your money before we have your goods ready to send to you. If you pay with a credit or debit card, we won’t charge you before we have your items ready to send. However, Paypal is different – they take your money up front, meaning that you will be charged before your item is ready to send.
Which ever way that you choose to pay, the message is, “Place your order, even if the thing you want is out of stock!”
Guaranteed next day delivery
If you’ve shopped with us already you should be already aware of our legendary packing, dispatch and super fast delivery times. But, remember unless you order using guaranteed next day delivery, even we can’t promise you will get your items the next day. If you’re in a rush, make sure your order ‘next day’ for that extra guarantee.
Click and Collect. If you are out and about and aren’t at home to receive your order, you should consider our click and collect option. Get your parcel delivered to your local collection point ready for you to pick up at your convenience. Just another way we are trying to make things that little bit easier for you.
Use your wishlist
You should have noticed by now that there is a little ‘heart’ button next to where you can add a product to your cart. If you click this (and logged into your account) you will create a wishlist of all your favourite products.
You can then use this wishlist function to show your friends and family exactly what you want this Christmas (or even for your birthday), so they can get you the right presents. Add to your wishlist and keep all your favourite products in one easy to read place.
