Done a bit whittling then needed to hone the edge back. Deploys and closes one handed nicely I like this blade, have not used it in the kitchen yet but feel it may slice well with certain food

Great general purpose folder

Rajah 3 has a relatively deep blade (32mm) and a full, edge-to-spine, flat-grind. Not all flat grinds are like this and it means it takes a razor-sharp edge and offers minimal cutting drag. As per Rajah 2, it's not, despite appearances, a chopper but as a slicer it works well; glides through cardboard like the proverbial hot knife. Curved edge is quite easy to sharpen with a ceramic rod. Secure grip. Solid lock-up. Smooth, solid phosphor-bronze washers. Thumb plate works well. Top notch Taiwanese manufacture. It's a tad pricey (import tariffs don't help) but it's a good quality folder that you'll want to use often and which ought to last a good long time.

For me this is as good as a EDC Gets iv had it for a couple of months now. The Rajah 2 cuts, slashes and chops with ease. It is very sharp fron the box and keeps its edge well. I'm a Kukri fan so may not suit evert one but I love it. Its well built and very sturdy well done cold steel and we'll done HH on yet another speedy dilivery

Great cutter, Solid lock

While I'm not a fan of Lyn Thompson's antics, His company does make some great knives (and some mall ninja monstrosities) This is, of course one of the great ones. Andrew Demko's Triad Lock is quite possibly the strongest, most secure lock on a folding knife that is currently available. The ergonomics of the handle lock it firmly into your grip, and the texture on the scales gives confidence the knife won't slip in your grip, letting you choke up on the blade with confidence that you're not going to lose fingers. The knife arrived shaving sharp, and opened and closed smoothly with minimal breaking in. The thumb plate snags handily on the edge of your pocket, so the blade opens as you draw it for use. You also get a reversed pocket clip so it can be carried left or right handed, the opening and closing is, by nature of the design, is already ambidextrous. The only thing preventing me from giving this knife five stars, are a couple of minor points. 1. The scales had quite sharp edges, which needed sanding down. 2. The edge wasn't sharpened all the way back to the choil. Neither of these things should put you off from what is an excellent working knife. Well worth the money. Buy one now.
