  1. Another gem from CondorReview by

Really is a scaled down version of the Condor Bushlore knife.
Very impressed with the quality of this one, though I would say it's an "also carry" rather than an "only carry", definitely a good one for typical camp type tasks and fine work and was very happy to sit 'round a camp fire whittling with this.
Typical (good) Condor sheath, but I can't help feeling a lighter version would be more in keeping with the scale of the knife.
As always - HH service and delivery superb.

Compact, well designed little knife which takes a decent edge - punches above its weight.

HH as usual the Carlsberg of Customer Service.

  3. Not so sureReview by
Not so good, the blade has dins in it from one use putting a point on a stick for cooking but the sheath and handle is lovely and nice to use just a shame on the blade not to sure on 1075 now (Posted on )

Well put together and, as other reviewers have noted, surprisingly small. The sheath is beautiful and a great fit and can be easily reshaped with a bit of steam if you prefer a tighter grip on the knife. Myvl first knife in this steel and I'm impressed - I can get it razor sharp with ease and it holds an edge well. I dropped mine point down on a tiled floor while attaching a lanyard and bent the tip over, but I was able to reprofile it in under an hour on a DC4 stone.

I think my Mora will be retired to kitchen draw (the make great boning knives).

Just got this recently from Heinnie's so I haven't used it out and about yet.
Well made, good grind (needed a strop but that's only a few minutes work) and had to sand a bit of a rough edge off the pommel end of the scales - potential blisters there! Gave it a rub with Danish Oil and it's now a very nice little 3 finger knife.
The sheath is good - Nice piece if 4mm leather, well put together. I've taken the belt loop off as it's going to live in my pack. I'll give it a bit of the beeswax treatment when I have time.
The blade itself is very robust, it will be a a good hard working little knife I think.
Not your main blade perhaps, but a damn good little fella to have around if you need it.

Can't fault this knife for the money. Love it's small size, perfect for bushcraft, solid construction. Love the leather sheath also. It may not have the finesse of your more expensive bushcraft knives but it was made to do a job & does it well. Don't waste money on a Mora, get one of these & baton it all day long. (Posted on )

Ive had some time to use it for carving and I think it's a great little knife. Has kept it's edge well and is a joy to use. Get one, you won't be dissapointed. (Posted on )

All in all not a bad little Knife. NOT for those with really large hands...As has been mentioned the Grind does leave something to be desired BUT with a little bit of work (which is half the fun) it can be made into a very nice little EDC Knife.. Again, to help edge retention would recommend Convexing on S/Paper.. (Posted on )

The knife arrived this morning and I'm very pleased with it. After reading and watching reviews about the mini and the Bushlore, I was undecided so I thought I'd buy the mini to see how the steel performed before getting the Bushlore. I've sharpened it but havn't had time yet to put it through it's paces. On first looks I'm impressed with it. I'll write a further review when I've given it some hard use. Usual great service from HH Thanks! (Posted on )

Very blunt out the box it took 3 hours of sharpening to put an edge on it but now it's razor sharp and I'm very happy with it. Loses a star for the bluntness. (Posted on )

  12. Tiny, and a "user", not a "keeper" !Review by

Arrived this morning, nicely boxed, and much smaller than I expected (even though the dimensions are included on the website), the photo on the website shows the knife as being quite large in relation to the sheath, but they are actually the same length.
The finish of the knife is quite rough and agricultural, but that means I won't worry about getting stuck in and using it as a work knife, and it looks strong enough for that.
The sheath on the other hand is fantastic, beautifully made and probably cost as much as the knife!
Overall, seems okay, Mora knives are better finished, but this is so small as to not look "aggressive" to the public.
