The EOS Urchin is a stunning piece of work, both in terms of its design and its manufacture. Believe it or not it is actually a UK legal carry knife. The friction folder set up means that it doesn't lock, the blade is kept open by means of the thumb's pressure on the extended tang during use. The cutting edge is also under 7.6cm (3in) long. It is available with either a Titanium or blue anodised Aluminium frame both with carbon fibre inlays.
Both blades are made from NITRO V which is a relatively new steel on the market with an extremely high Rockwell hardness of around 58-62. These extraordinary knives will bring something very exciting to any collection but also make for highly effective cutting tools.
