best fixed blade is not what you want to be using
for preparing food. Step up the Magnum Cuisine
Folder. It is basically a folding chefs knife which is
razor sharp and easily transported in pocket or
pack. The blade made from 440 stainless steel
is safely held in place by the liner lock mechanism.
The handle is made of rosewood and comes with a
lanyard hole. This model features a Japanese Nakiri
blade.

I carry this with me and use to cut tomatoes onions and sandwiches excellent for pack lunch small safe and foldable

Nice folding clever style knife, I use it for my food prep and it does the job just fine. I also got my father one for Christmas.

Just what I needed

I was tired of trying to use the blunt kitchen knives that we found in the drawers of rented holiday cottages. I tried taking a sharpener but many were so blunt that I would have needed my full sharpening kit. Now I have the perfect solution. Big enough for most kitchen jobs, easy to pack when folded.

Mediocre, but Heinnie were awesome as always.

Heinnie were fast and flawless as always. The knife on the other hand isn't flawless. I bought 3 of these and all 3 have got various imperfections in the handle (untreated patches, splinters, generally poor finish) and an unreliable linerlock that doesn't always lock. Nice blade though! Think I would try an alternative folding camp kitchen knife next time.

For the price it is a good knife and does what it is supposed to do. For an outdoor ( eg. campsite etc.)knife I don’t want a “ posh “ expensive knife - I am not a chef ! It was out of stock at first but Heinnie emailed me when it was in and I received it with the usual Heinnie’s efficiency. Also - I had reason to email Heinnie recently with a query and received a helpful reply within a few hours - super !

This is a good knife for camp cooking.The blade is big and sharp enough for slicing meat and veg. Not so good for peeling. Handy enough though and it's a folder.

Good item for the money, decent size and ideal for camping or even the kitchen at home, not the best finish on the scales and liner lock is a bit awkward at times. Hence only 4 stars, but overall pleased with what it is for the small price.
