Never had a bad word to say about Maxpedition gear. I stuck this in my Sitka gearslinger,& have slipped a H&K folder knife ready for swift deployment as I cycle around 15 miles a day. The side facing the elastic is made of the same non slip as alot of the underside of the gearslingers & bags.
