    Solid, eye-catching bead

Posted by Mac on 29th Jan 2021

Fill this with your own combination of tritium vials, and you’ve got a great marker bead. Solid, well crafted. Being a bit of a purist I’ve knocked a star down. The original (old style bead) was slightly more angular - something I liked. The new style also comes with a coating - I assume to keep it the colour crisp and shiny. But that’s not the point of copper, which looks better, in my opinion, aged with a natural patina. Not too hard to scrub off without scratching the bead though.
