We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Heinnie Haynes. It is our aim to offer you value and quality. So if, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it within 16 days of delivery, unused in its orginal packaging together with any manufacturer's tags and the receipt. We'll exchange it or offer you a full refund and that's guaranteed!

Free UK Returns at Heinnie Haynes

Returns are free of charge from UK addresses – here’s how it works:

  1. Contact us with your Order Number to receive a returns reference number. Click here to contact us.
  2. We'll ask UPS to email you a shipping label.
  3. You print the shipping label and fix it to your parcel.
  4. You drop the parcel at a UPS Access Point Location. Click here to find your nearest drop-off location.
  5. The parcel is returned to us, at no cost to yourself.

In addition, all Heinnie Haynes products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a minimum of 12 months. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund. Please note that this does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification, or to items of underwear. To cancel your order you can email us, or write to us within seven days of delivery of your items, quoting your order number.

International Returns

We are happy to receive returns from overseas customers, however, we are not able to offer carriage-paid returns outside of the United Kingdom.

Here’s how our returns process works:

  2. Securely wrap your parcel.
  3. Return your parcel to us, preferably using a tracked and insured shipping method, at your cost.
  4. We will receive your parcel and process your repair, refund or exchange.

Check the tracking number of your returned parcel. We aim to turn around all returns on the day of receipt, and will email you when we have processed your return.

In the UK, we offer free returns via the UPS Access Point network. You are welcome to use an alternative means, but this will be at your own cost.

I paid by credit card, can you refund my card?

Yes. We will process a refund to the same payment method used at purchase. If you paid by card, we’ll refund your card, paid by Paypal we’ll refund your Paypal account.
