Flood effect light no spot. Powerful for size and an easy EDC carry. Great design . Drawback is that very occasionally when clipped to the inside of a pocket the light is activated by light pressure on switch. Would be better if you could isolate activation with appropriate switch. A gel case would probably be a cheaper way of keeping pressure off the switch, but none available.

This is my first Rovyvon, and I really wanted to like this torch. It's very heavy for it's size and bigger than I was expecting, but my big issue is the build quality. The buttons seem loose, especially the side button, and the LED casing on the side of the torch doesn't look like it will stand up to much punishment. I have Olight, Nitecore and Jetbeam torches in my collection and the build quality and materials used on these is far superior. Rovyvon should change the side LED's for a COB or lose them completely and focus more on build quality. I would choose the Nitecore P18 over this everyday of the week. As usual delivery service from Heinnie was faultless. My only complaint there is that the torch is described as having beacon feature on this website, but it is not actually a feature on the torch.
