    Wow

This arrived and I wondered what I could do with it. With two fresh bunnies I skinned one with incredible ease.. I could grallock a red deer with this, process a bunny fillet a trout. It's small light and discreet. I'm glad I was impulsive and got it I love the small TOPS knives. They really are useful

    A childhood dream come true.

Posted by Perkin on 26th Mar 2020

As a child, I remember my brother and I first discovering the world of bushcraft and survival. We read all the books and watched every episode of Ray mears we could, having our parents record episodes on VHS whilst we were in school. Eventually, with the increasing popularity of the internet, we came across a website called wildwood-survival and it became our mecca as it were. Advertised on this website was what they believed to be the ultimate survival knife, none other than the Tom Brown Tracker. Was it the perfect knife? Maybe, maybe not but to me it was because of how glorified this website promoted it as. Time would pass, I would leave school, join the Army, leave the Army and become successful in business. Years later, I stumbled across an image of this knife and bought it here for no other reason than that it reminded me of the wanderlust I had as a child. Having used knives from every major manufacturer during my military career - I have a fair amount of experience in the knife world and yes - this is a marmite knife. You either love it or hate it and I have to say, take away the personal attraction I have to this blade and I still love it. Very well made, top notch fit and finish, easy to sharpen, practical size for the pocket. This knife has transformed many a fish into a fillet during my outings, started many a fire and puts a smile on my face everytime I take it out of its sheath. Thinking of getting one? Do it. You won't regret it.

This little knife puts a massive smile on my face.

This little knife puts a massive smile on my face. My new favorite knife. Another fathers day present from my eldest son so is special to me. As usual the Tops fit & finish is 1st class & razor sharp out the box The spring clip fits nicely to the molle webbing on the back of my Tops SXB & it complements it nicely as a buddy knife for skinning, feather sticks & a million other tasks that a small knife is more nimble at. The saw back for making notches is also razor sharp. It fits my hand like it was custom made for me. the dip on the spine fits my thumb perfectly. The only slight negative is the lanyard hole is tiny, only big enough for micro cord. I like this so much that my next Tops knife will be the full size Tracker.

    Size isn,t everything!

Posted by Martin on 29th Jul 2012

Ok , its a lot of money for a knife barely larger than a Swiss Army pocket knife. Having said that this is no doubt the most "bang for your buck" you will find. Skinning, shaving, carving, it will do it all. Small size makes it easily concealable too. Finish is excellent and workman like.Buy the full size Tracker if you, like me are a Tom Brown groupie, but this will be far more usefull!
