Description
The Mora Kansbol brings you the best from two worlds. It has the flexibility of a lightweight knife, and the strength of a more robust model. This combination makes it a real all-round knife and a reliable partner in the forest, or when hiking, hunting or on the lake. The blade has been profile ground for increased precision and the spine grinding means the blade can be used with a fire starter.

Together with the Multi-Mount fastening system, your Morakniv Kansbol is just seconds away. Place it on your snowmobile, canoe, or ATV or a rucksack! - when the knife is placed in the holder it can take a bumpy ride on any vehicle. Attach and detach the knife from the mount in just a couple of seconds. Of course, it is also possible to just take the knife straight out of the sheath and use it. It is compatible with the MOLLE standard mounting system, and has strategically placed screw holes and slots for different types of straps.

OK, so it's not a Garberg or Rambo survival knife, but if you want a good all round camp or trail knife, it's hard to beat. It is superb as a camp food prep and skinning knife. Good quality, and is capable of batonging too. Highly recommended. (Posted on 16 September 2019)Rating

The Kansbol is similar in many ways to the Garberg, but it is much cheaper. It has the multi mount option as does the Garberg. I am new to bushcraft, but after watching many you tube videos I am impressed with the mora range, particularly the Garberg and the Kansbol. When I saw that the Kansbol was on the HH website at such a great price, I ordered one immediately. I was amazed when it was despatched within about half an hour (it was late in the afternoon) and even more amazed when I received it the next morning in a very nice box, perfectly wrapped in a well-padded envelope. This is a great knife, especially at the £32.95 price that HH are selling it for. Two is one and one is none - at these prices two is still amazing value!Rating
I initially bought mine as a secondary back-up, but it is more than capable as serving as a primary knife and the good thing is that you'll find yourself using it like a knife is meant to be used and not be precious about damaging it, as you may a more expensive knife.
